Sioufi 4841, Beirut, Lebanon
Two residential towers, nested into each other, sitting on a 6-story deep basement. Block A is 28 stories high and 100m (328ft) tall while Block B is 20 stories high. The total constructed area above grade is 35,000m2 (376,550sqft) and 15,000m2 (161,375sqft) below grade.
